We’ve received your order and within 3-5 business days our team will process your artwork. Once approved, it swiftly moves to our production department for garment creation. In the case where there are any design issues, we’ll notify you via the provided email, detailing the problem and necessary steps to proceed.

Your exceptional design has been greenlit by our artwork team and is now in the capable hands of our production department. Your order will now go three further production phases before it’s carefully packaged and entrusted to our delivery team for dispatch to your preferred address.

First up, your design will be meticulously printed and pressed onto our high-quality sporting fabrics, followed by precision cutting and expert stitching. Once that’s completed, our dedicated production team will subject your items to rigorous quality control assessments. Finally, once everything checks out, your order will be packaged and handed over to our delivery team to dispatch to you.

We do this using a process called sublimation, which is a method of printing a design into the fabric using ink and heat. The benefit of sublimation printing is that the design elements all form part of the material, meaning they stand the test of time.

Your order is on time and ready to be cut and stitched together. Once that process has started, our production team will send you an email alert to let you know.

Your custom items have already successfully passed through stage one (artwork approval) and stage two (being printed and pressed onto our sporting fabrics) and our production has begun cutting and stitching it all together. This process is the longest part of the journey when producing a custom-made football kit, but our team has an eye for quality and an understanding of what needs to be delivered.

You can expect to receive your custom items within the next 14 to 21 days.

Your kit is near completion. You should expect your items to be dispatched within the next five working days.

Your brand new, unique, custom-made SWAZ football kit has been produced, tested, and packaged and is on its way to you from our headquarters in the United Kingdom.

If being delivered to a UK address, your football kit should arrive within 1-3 working days.

International Deliveries

If being delivered to an address outside of the UK, our courier service will transfer your package to a local courier service in the destination country of your delivery, and the delivery time will depend on the speed of the local service.
