1.Timescales
1.1 For custom items, from the point of order (when payment is made) our quoted turnaround time is four weeks on average.
1.2 For non-custom items, our quoted delivery time is two weeks from the point of order (when payment is made).
1.3 We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
2. Delivery
2.1 We aim to deliver products to you at the place of delivery requested by you within the time indicated by us at the time of your order, but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
2.2 We will try to let you know if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but, to the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
2.3 We will aim to leave the Order at the address advised by you at the time of purchase. If the delivery driver deems the area unsafe your Order will be redirected to a collection point, where available redelivered in the next delivery run or returned back to our Warehouse.
2.4 You must ensure that you are able to take delivery of the product without undue delay and at any time reasonably specified by us. If you are not, the couriers may leave a card giving you instructions on either re-delivery or collection from the carrier. If delivery or collection is delayed through your unreasonable refusal to accept delivery or if you do not (within two weeks of our first attempt to deliver the product to you) accept delivery or collect the product from the carrier, then we may (without affecting any other right or remedy available to us) do either or both of the following:
(a) charge you for our reasonable storage fee and other costs reasonably incurred by us; or
(b) no longer make the product available for delivery or collection and notify you that we are cancelling the applicable Contract, in which case we will refund to you or your credit or debit card company as applicable any money paid to us, less our reasonable administration charges (including for attempting to deliver and then returning the product, and any storage fees as provided for above).
2.5 Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your Order and arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address.
2.6 Unless otherwise specified by you, all risk in the product shall pass to you upon delivery. If delivery is delayed, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the product.
2.7 You must take care when opening the product so as not to damage it, particularly when using any sharp instruments.
3. Returns
3.1 We’re committed to providing high-quality products we hope you’ll love. However, if there’s a fault with your item(s), please reach out to our customer service team via our contact form.
3.2 Faulty items must be reported within seven days of delivery using the returns form. If we don’t receive notification within this time, we’re unable to offer a replacement, refund, credit, or exchange.
3.3 If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within seven days of delivery. After this period, the order will be considered complete.

3.4 Important notes on returns:
- It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed if you choose to send it back to us via Post Office or Parcel Collection Service.
- We cannot refund postage & packaging on unsuitable items and are unable to refund costs for any method of posting other than those detailed above.
- Please make sure you have checked our size guide before ordering, we will not exchange items that have been ordered in the wrong size – as all our items are bespoke and personalised we cannot resell them.
- Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We will not accept returns showing signs of wear, washing, staining, or damage.
- When trying on items, please handle them with care. Avoid contact with products that could mark or scent the fabric, such as makeup, fake tan, perfume, or deodorant.
- All returned products are inspected upon receipt, and refunds or exchanges will only be issued once this inspection is complete.
3.5 If a fault is discovered after an item has been accepted, we may offer a repair or replacement. However, in general, customers are responsible for any damage to garments after acceptance.
3.6 Once we receive the information requested above, we will consider the issue and we may need to ask you for some further details before we can make a decision on how (if at all) we can help you.
3.7 We are not liable for returning/refunding items that are returned without confirmation from us and may be disposed of upon receipt.
3.8 Please be aware, that unless the items you received are faulty, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any of our goods as they are personalised items with bespoke elements and cannot be sold on. This includes all custom, personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order goods, including all club shop items.

The process of designing the shirts was very simple and I had no problems with uploading my designs. Generally the process of ordering the shirts was pretty straightforward, although a minor improvement could be made to the responsiveness of the website I won't take any points away from this. It would also be useful if the website had a proper save feature so you can come back to your design later. The manufacturing period was fairly short, at approximately 4 weeks. There is a tracker that tells you roughly where you are in the process and you get email updates when things change. No gripes there. Quality-wise I was very impressed with SWAZ. When the shirts arrived they were packaged neatly and the shirts are obviously made from good quality materials. There were no issues with stitching, colour, or print quality on the logos and numbers. The shirts were also very comfortable to play in. Overall I highly rated the shirts and all players went away satisfied with their shirts!
