What's included in a SWAZ football kit?
Our football kit builder allows you to upload as many logos, sponsor artwork, names, numbers and badges. All of the above is included as part of the price and you will pay no extra charges. Our football kits are fully sublimated so the design will not peel, crack or fade.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?

We do not have a minimum order quantity on any of our products for teamwear or custom kits.
Yes, our easy checkout pages allow this option to fully personalise all kits. If you have any problems, please reach out, we’d be happy to help.
Can my order be fast tracked?
We produce all orders in chronological order to be fair on all customers and so we do not offer any fast tracking on orders.
We try and get all orders complete and sent out as soon as we are able to.
What branded logos can I use?
ALL of our products carry our branding and any attempt to cover on branding on your design with another manufacturer brand logo, will automatically be removed and replaced with our logo. Any copyright logos must have written permission from the owner.
What is the process of ordering?
How long is the entire process?
We ensure all artwork is suitable before preparing it for printing. The design is then sublimated directly into the fabric before all the elements are then sewn together. All orders go through a full quality checking procedure. All names, numbers and logos are placed evenly and uniformed before being sent out.
As all kits are made to order, our timeframe is on average 4 weeks from point of purchase and our teamwear is 10 working days. But we do try to get all orders sent out sooner if possible.
Can I reorder a previous design?
No design is ever discontinued so all orders are available to purchase again. You can add a note or contact us about setting up a product/club shop link where you can reorder your kits time after time.

Can I track my order?
How much is delivery?
Yes, if you created an account when ordering you can track your order via your login account. Otherwise please visit our tracking page, which has the same information available to you as what you will be able to retrieve from our team.
Delivery within the UK is £4 per order and for European countries is £10 per order. The delivery price for the rest of the World is £25. We aim to get them sent out as soon as possible but deliveries outside of the UK can take longer.
Orders outside of the UK are subject to customs tax/duty charges in which customers are liable for.
What other sports can you make kits for?
Am I able to cancel/change/return my order?
SWAZ are exclusively a football kit provider, but our versatile garments can be used for some other sports.
Unfortunately, as our kits are custom-made to order, we are unable to cancel or refund orders unless they are faulty (please contact us if there is an issue with your order). If you wish to amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible to see what we can do.

The process of designing the shirts was very simple and I had no problems with uploading my designs. Generally the process of ordering the shirts was pretty straightforward, although a minor improvement could be made to the responsiveness of the website I won't take any points away from this. It would also be useful if the website had a proper save feature so you can come back to your design later. The manufacturing period was fairly short, at approximately 4 weeks. There is a tracker that tells you roughly where you are in the process and you get email updates when things change. No gripes there. Quality-wise I was very impressed with SWAZ. When the shirts arrived they were packaged neatly and the shirts are obviously made from good quality materials. There were no issues with stitching, colour, or print quality on the logos and numbers. The shirts were also very comfortable to play in. Overall I highly rated the shirts and all players went away satisfied with their shirts!
