We split our Youth and Adult sizes into two separate products on our website, as Youth sizes will be charged excluding VAT and with a different dynamic pricing structure to Adult Sizes.

Our items are designed to offer a performance fit. You can size up or down depending on whether you would prefer a tighter or looser fit.

is four weeks from the point of order.

During peak summer months, this might take a little longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. All items are produced in the order they’re received, and unfortunately, we’re unable to expedite this process.

Once your order is placed, you can log into your admin area or visit our tracking page to check on its progress. For more details, please see our Delivery and Returns Policy.

We’re committed to providing high-quality products we hope you’ll love. However, if there’s a fault with your item(s), please reach out to our customer service team via our contact form.

Faulty items must be reported within seven days of delivery using the returns form. If we don’t receive notification within this time, we’re unable to offer a replacement, refund, credit, or exchange.

If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us within seven days of delivery. After this period, the order will be considered complete.

Important notes on returns:

  • It can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed if you choose to send it back to us via Post Office or Parcel Collection Service.
  • We cannot refund postage & packaging on unsuitable items and are unable to refund costs for any method of posting other than those detailed above.
  • Please make sure you have checked our size guide before ordering, we will not exchange items that have been ordered in the wrong size - as all our items are bespoke and personalised we cannot resell them.
  • Returned products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. We will not accept returns showing signs of wear, washing, staining, or damage.
  • When trying on items, please handle them with care. Avoid contact with products that could mark or scent the fabric, such as makeup, fake tan, perfume, or deodorant.
  • All returned products are inspected upon receipt, and refunds or exchanges will only be issued once this inspection is complete.

If a fault is discovered after an item has been accepted, we may offer a repair or replacement. However, in general, customers are responsible for any damage to garments after acceptance.

Once we receive the information requested above, we will consider the issue and we may need to ask you for some further details before we can make a decision on how (if at all) we can help you.

We are not liable for returning/refunding items that are returned without confirmation from us and may be disposed of upon receipt.

Please be aware, that unless the items you received are faulty, we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any of our goods as they are personalised items with bespoke elements and cannot be sold on. This includes all custom, personalised, bespoke, or made-to-order goods, including all club shop items.
